- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation time in order to receive your orientation briefing and check-in procedures. Your reservation begins and ends at the time you booked so please arrive early to allow as much time as possible to enjoy your boat.
- We know they are like family, but please no pets allowed on boats.
- No fishing, swimming or diving from our boats.
- There are no bathrooms (heads) on board
- One person in your party must have a working cell phone so we can be in contact if needed and so you can contact us for any reason
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule under certain conditions such as, but not limited to: extreme wind, rough water, lightning storms, and mechanical failure. We will contact you with as much advanced notice as possible and work with you to reschedule.
- We understand that some things are out of your control but cancellations or rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, then our guests will be charged 50% of their total bill including sales tax. No Shows will be charged the full amount of their bill including sales tax.
- Our electric boats are equipped with full plastic enclosures and a canopy top to protect you from the elements. They also have the ability to be opened up and stored out of the way so you can enjoy the breeze, sunshine and stunning views.
- Maximum rental time: 6 hours per boat.

- By renting on of our vessels, you acknowledge that boating possess various hazards which can cause serious injury, death or property damage. AT ALL THE TIMES:
- You must remain aware of weather, visibility, tides, current, wind and other factors which may affect your ability to navigate the vessel safely.
- You must adhere to all applicable nautical rules of the road.
- You must take reasonable measures to avoid risk of collision with other vessels, docks, buoys, swimmers, or other objects or things, whether fixed or floating.
- You must give the right of wait to vessels under sail.
- You acknowledge that in addition to the normal hazards associated with boating, the Intracoastal Waterway possess its own hazards. You must pay careful attention to boats coming in and out of side channels or slips, low bridges, shallow water, floating debris, mooring lines and large vessels that may be restricted in their ability to maneuver or see you.
- All passengers must keep all body parts in the boats at all times. ABSOLUTELY NO RIDDING ON THE BOW OR THE STERN OF THE BOAT. REMOVAL OF THE SURREY TOP OR WINDOWS IS NOT ALLOWED AT ANY TIME AND SUBJECT TO ADDITTIONAL CHARGES.
- Beaching the vessel, swimming, or fishing from the vessel are prohibited.
- Operating the vessel under the influence of alcohol (0.08% and over) or other drugs is strictly prohibited.
- NO SMOKING on the vessel at any time!
- In the event of late return, extra cleanup required, rescue or any other losses or damage to the vessel, ecoboats will charge the credit card account indicated in this contract. In addition, we expressly reserve all other rights and remedies against you.
- If you think you are lost or may be lost please immediately call ecoboats emergency number provided and we will guide you to the marina. Late Return is subject to a late fee of double the standard rental rate rounded up to the next half an hour.
- Extra Cleanup is subject to an extra charge at the sole discretion of ecoboats.
- Rescue Fee of $75.00 minimum is chargeable if boat is disable due to violation of safety rules or operator negligence.
- Charges for losses or damages to the vessel will be calculated at Duffy Boats Company (the manufacturer) standard service & parts rates.
- No refunds will be issued if the boat is returned before the rental time expired.
